- Diana Swadling Added October 05, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Orders received broken and sent to the wrong address with no ownership taken by the Customer Service Team. Extremely rude to deal with. They use unreliable couriers and I was constantly being told that the order would be delivered the same day. Even accused me of not being at our commercial warehouse in order to take delivery despite 4 people being present. Cameras show (and the courier even admitted once the order final arrived) they they never left their van and came to the door. Still waiting 3 weeks later for a refund. Have found an alternative distributor to purchase from in the future.
