- Sandra C Added November 26, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The bikes in RPM class are prehistoric - clunky with no electronic display. Equipment badly needs to be replaced or people will stop coming!

They've now introduced kids swimming lessons, and they don't monitor the pool, so they are everywhere, in all lanes getting in everyone's way. It's very distracting and not the experience I pay for. I won't be going back unfortunately.

Hopefully, they would have more step classes on weekends; wished they had more accessible drinking stations besides the one in the pool area. Otherwise, a pleasant experience so far. I think the vibe is even better(less intimidating) than the Platinum gym I have occasionally been going to. I see a couple of low ratings here but i believe if every member pitches in and make sure they wipe the equipment that they use, then gym experience will be great for everyone.
