Took the time to visit the branch to apply, and again was declined, without any explanation, and without any insight from staff aside from “oh you’ve been declined, you won’t be able to apply again for 3 months.” Without any discussion as to why my application was knocked back in the first place…

A sign finally went up at 9:35.
7 people in queue waiting for services unrelated to the teller machines.
There is one single person serving. She sounds good and knowledgeable but she did not acknowledge anyone in the queue. She is the only person serving customers.
Where is the staff?
