- Robert Burton-Bradley Added February 27, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in for a passport renewal and was served by an older woman with a poor attitude. I'd printed the form double sided which is wrong. She was really rude about it and acted like she was terribly inconvenienced. I came back the next day, form correctly printed, and she wrongly told me not to write my name on the passport photos - you have to do this. After a five minute debate she said I had to do it all again. I rang the passport office to double check and I was right. You have to print your name on the photo. Absolute nightmare. Went to another post office and it was all sorted in about 2 mins.
