  I had an incredible experience with Ali over the course of a few months. Ali provided both comprehensive and clear instructions on how to continue the treatment at home between appointments, as well as motivating me to do the exercises. She particularly tailored them to the movements and sports I was hoping to get back to ASAP. When I returned still having pain a couple months later, she assessed me and determined it was some scar tissue that hadn’t healed properly (me returning was in no way a reflection of Ali). We worked together to target the problem and I saw immediate improvement, and was basically back to normal in a couple weeks! She’s a lovely person, very professional as well as easy to talk to, and will definitely return if I have any future issues!!

  I've been attending the pilates classes for several years at NSPC. The class sizes are small and therefore tailor your workout to your goals and needs. Because they are physiotherapists if I turn up with a pain, we focus the session on resolving the issue. The class banter is also great!

  I have been brought back from two major knee injuries by Richard Brock (ACL and tibial plateau reconstruction....yes, I'm now skiing on piste!). Richard has also dealt with a couple of smaller injuries over the past eight years.
  Richard is an excellent physio who takes the time and has the skills to get the best possible outcome. Without hesitation, I have recommended friends and family to see Richard. Legend!

  I have attended Northern Sports Physiotherapy for the last 8 months I have found the care and attention to my rehabilitation to be of the highest standard. The focus is on achievement of a great outcome. Jesal is my primary Physio I would highly recommend him for his professional care and focus and my rehabilitation.

  Couldn't recommend Richard Brock enough. He's highly experienced and up on all the latest research. I ruptured my ACL which he spotted quickly and got me in touch with a (successful) research trial to heal it without surgery - saved me $1,000's! His use of data and testing during the recovery process has also given me some objective reassurance about how things are progressing and what I need to focus on to get better, quickly. I'll always come back here now #physioforlife
